Asbestos and Lead:
Inspections, Project Design, Project Management, and Air Monitoring

Crossroads Environmental, LLC (CRE) provides Project Design and Management services for Asbestos, Lead, and Mold remediation and/or Demolition projects. This includes  writing the specifications, conducting a prebid, providing oversight as needed, and compiling close-out paperwork that covers regulatory requirements.

CRE has certified lead inspectors and risk assessor and owns an XRF analyzer for instant, non-destructive lead testing.

Indoor Air Quality:
Investigations, Protocol Design, Project Management, and Quality Control Sampling.

CRE can provide all-inclusive indoor air quality investigations or limited sampling to fit your specific needs.  If remediation is required, we can provide a protocol that follows all Federal Guidance and Industry Standards, oversee the remediation, and perform quality control sampling following the remediation.

Industrial Hygiene (Exposure) Monitoring:
Competent and conscientious Industrial Hygiene Technicians work under the direction of Certified Professionals to protect you from liabilities associated with workplace hazards such as noise, particulates, VOCs, chemicals, etc.  We have a Certified Industrial Hygienist as well as a Certified Safety Professional to help you address your specific needs, and are equipped to perform personnel and/or area monitoring.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments:
CRE performs  Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in Compliance with ASTM Standard E 1527-05 and EPA 40 CFR Part 312 Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries; Final Rule. Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are performed by experienced Environmental Professionals, and are performed within your requested timeframe to help you identify all Recognized Environmental Conditions on your property.
