Asbestos and Lead Services:

Crossroads Environmental, LLC provides Inspections, Project Design, Project Management, and Air Monitoring for Asbestos and Lead.

Lead Inspections are performed using CRE's XRF analyzer for instantaneous, non-destructive analysis.

Inspections:

• Asbestos and/or lead surveys are performed by accredited, experienced personnel, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.  These services can include limited surveys for the purposes of repair work, up to NESHAP surveys of multi-building facilities.

Project Design:

• Specifications are written by accredited Project Designers, and in accordance with state and federal regulations.  The specifications are very detailed and are specific to that particular project. 
   
• Specifications can provided that include demolitoin as well as abatement.  In specifications for demoltion (or certain renovations) all hazardous materials identified would be included.  These hazardous materials may include mercury-containing thermostats or light tubes, PCB light ballasts, etc.

Project Management:

       CRE can assist you with all aspects of a project including:

• Soliciting bids from reputable  contractors to ensure that you get competitive pricing  and a quality job
• Perfoming a Pre-Bid Meeting
• Handling the Bid Opening
• Overseeing the project
• Managing/Reviewing all paperwork

Air Monitoring:

• Air monitoring will be performed in accordance with all state and federal regulations.  CRE's air monitors are AIHA accredited.
