We pride ourselves on having open lines of communication and a great working relationship with our clients. This service is provided by having "real people" answering the phones during business hours, and providing cell phone numbers where we can be reached any time day or night, seven days a week, including holidays.  We have found that in the environmental field, emergencies happen, they don't always happen between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mon.-Fri., and time is always of the essence.
